Goal 1:

My first portfolio objective is to include four pieces of evidence with my reflection & how they helped me prepare for hygiene school. There are two letters of recommendation from previous clinics to show that I am dedicated, & committed to this field. I have also included a list of skills I learned upon graduating from Registered Dental Assistant school. I am grateful to the doctors, managers, & teachers,  who trained, molded, & prepared me to be where I am today.

Goal 2:

Being a member of the the ADHA, I am showing that I value the highest standard of education within the dental field, that I will provide quality health care, & that I will promote cost effective-benefits to my community. My Basic Life Support Card shows that I am prepared & have the skills to give quality care in an emergency until a first responder arrives. The Bloodborne Pathogens certificate shows that I am eligible & capable of working within the dental office without exposing others to infectious diseases.  The HIPAA certification demonstrates that I can work & maintain patient's private information safe.
